Names must be in the forms of RPG names. I am the Number 1 Knuckleheaded Ninja of the Leaf, Naruto Uzumaki, A.K.A Shadow Shikamaru.
Names cannot be in the form of an already-existing name: "Naruto Uzumaki1" or "NarutoUzumaki" are not acceptable names. Must be original. If you want to put like, "Akatsuki Itachi" instead of "Itachi Uchiha", that is fine, too. Just don't use Naruto, that's an admin name!
Also, you can create your own name. So "Frank Uchiha" is acceptable. Don't combine 2 existing names, though.
