Okay, so I'm going to be gracious and allow people to create groups. You have to give a reason why you want to create a group, though. So if you want to create the group "ANBU", for instance, just make a thread and give a reason such as "I would like to create an elite group for card makers and my friends." Akatsuki and Sound 5 are already created, though.
